Rosie has been excellent at your Leicester Sq. Store! Service from her has been great and she is a stellar example to your other employees on how service should be. Very pleased with how fast she is and great customer service skills.

Slug and lettuce at Leicester Square. (First shout out to Rosie for being a fabulous waitress and running the whole floor and bar by herself -only reason this place gets more than 1 star). Service was abissmle, bar staff standing around on bar waiting for floor staff to come make the drinks. Took 45 min for drinks, mains came in wrong and last order got to the table after everyone else had finished their food and when our booking had technically ended. Menu was basically all out of food(not the first time for this branch). This was not a busy afternoon so extremely dissapointed with the birthday meal we planned. Will not be returning.

Slug and lettuce Cardiff service beyond terrible food inedible after our food was given to the wrong table after that table had eaten some, the member of staff picked it up and put it on our table to finish. Absolutely disgusting but it didn’t end there. I then asked for it all to be replaced it was back within a couple of minutes and obvious they had just added a few extras but the food was the original after asking to speak to the Manager who didn’t seem to see what the issue was and brought what looked to be the exact same plate of food which again was barley warm. The food was then uneaten. When a member of staff came over to ask if we were finished we explained we were unhappy with the food and the situation that had a occurred.

We have had a wonderful time for Abbie’s hen party at the bottomless brunch! Megan was wonderful, so attentive and helpful and Becca made it really special for us. Thank you!

Amelia was great during our bottomless brunch at the slug and lettuce corner house. Always ensured our glasses were topped up and was always happy to help!

...This will fit the bill. I don't and just wish I'd read the reviews for this awful place beforehand because it appears a lot other people have had the same experience. Non-existent customer service and food which had clearly been in the freezer for a very long time. All topped off by that classic rip-off of filling the glass up as much as is humanly possible with ice before the booze goes in. Everyone connected with this shower ought to be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples' hard-earned money (especially in this economic climate) under such false pretenses.

Terrible their stock is bad. I tried to order a burger, fish and chips and steak and they had none of it.

Thai red curry consisted of a puddle of sauce, hard green beans and a mould of lukewarm rice. Ordered cod, none there, ordered scampi, none there. Staff not interested. Sticky dining tables.

A group of us went out and booked Slug and Lettuce Leicester Square in April. To cut a long story short the food never arrived and we were all refunded, or so we thought, i am still waiting for my refund. No one picks up the phone, no one responds to emails and I am now raising this with Trading Standards as you have taken money but not provided the goods. Criminal!

Booked a bottomless brunch in Harbourne for 3, we were seated and offered our first drinks. We did ask if we could be moved as we were sat right next to the bar, we were told that all other tables had been reserved. No big issue, but it wasn’t the best place to be seated.
We were left for ages and had to check if they were going to actually take our food order, this was after our second round of drinks. Eventually our order was taken, about 30 minutes later the eggs Benedict arrived, it was not good, it was cold, the eggs were like hard boiled eggs the bacon was either over cooked or undercooked. The staff did apologise for the wait and were friendly. We did not eat our food as it was not great.
We opted for the upgrade with the drinks so we paid £40 a head I think this price is fine if everything is perfect but it was not.

Had a couple of days away in Liverpool for a friends birthday so booked in for food a cocktails. Ended up walking out. Everything we wanted to order to eat was unavailable! ?.

Slug and lettuce have exceptional staff whom are on hand to make the night ready.

My daughter had an awful experience working for this company recently..harassed by managers, no breaks, long shifts .. do not let your son or daughter work here !!!

My friends and i visited the Slug and Lettuce in Leicester Square on the 18th June 2022, we ordered food and drinks costing over 60 pounds. After waiting for nearly an hour, i asked a waitress how long for our food, she commented that it was ready to come out, when we got the food, one order was wrong, the food was ALL stone cold, and the scampi had just been thrown onto the chip's as an afterthought. We returned the food and got a refund...

Outstanding cocktails!! Recommend highly!
